The Koishi event system is powerful that could achieve this demand, although that requires every plugins in the call stack should expose a set of valid events that can be hooked by other plugins. Which means you’ll need to either develop your own series of plugins or make all plugins required to be PUA-ed before putting your own characteristic in the production.
