省流：可能全部插件的translate指令均在当前版本下完全失效无法使用。
就在不久前，有一位用户带着详细的信息来群里提问，他的报错是这样的（一些过程略）
一开始很多人认为是数据库爆炸，指引他删除db文件，我也如此认为。
我本着想多了解一下数据库爆炸的逻辑，主动找到了他，要了他的插件列表，发现他的koishi超级纯净，只有一个额外的插件

最后的最后，我在帮他解决问题的途中发现了这个问题
似乎当前版本下所有的translate服务全部无法使用了，使用help和直接translate都会报错。以下是我使用open translate后的报错：
