adapter-telegram 的启用斜线指令报错

我一旦打开这个选项就报 warn ，并且不能同步当前 koishi 的指令列表，但是不影响使用

下图为以前同步的指令，有些功能我已经删了，他还是显示以前的指令列表

我也不知道是哪个指令的问题……我之后加一个 debug 看看
