One of my collaborators and I both tried to create a new data type in Main, but after clicking Create nothing happened.
We are on a paid plan and have many other data types.
We already contacted support, but wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?

It seems you have found the wrong forum here, this is the official forum for the chatbot frame work Koishi, which itself is an open-source project so there should be no any plan.
